My Review

This is another pulse massager device out on the market. It seems to be one of the newer kinds that has come out. Like most of the other pulse massagers, it works on 2 AAA batteries, and is also portable. However because it is run on batteries, it is just not as strong as some people would like it, since there is only 3 volts being applied.

The idea with this pulse massager is to focus on the acupuncture points of the body to decrease the amount of muscle fatigue the person is experiencing. Almost all areas on the body including the arms, legs, shoulders, etc. can be used with the pad. It is also used to improve body mobility and function.

The interesting that this newer version is claiming is that it can also burn fat, cause the slimming of any area you wish to decrease fat on. There has not been any evidence that this type of device that will cause the rapid contraction muscle tissue should have any type of side effect of fat adipose tissue reduction. There is a claim that it would help with rheumatism, or joint pain that is chronic, but that not work since that is the result of disorders and inflammation with the bones and joints, not the muscle.

As for other claim that is made by the manufacturer like that it can decrease toothaches and menstrual pain and cramps, I highly doubt that it is true.

The device has 8 massage modes, meaning either that each mode is for a certain part of the body, or that the mode is varied due to duration and intensity of each session.

Overall, the look of the device is nice and small. Its compact nature means that you can easily hold it in the palm of your hand and walk around with it. The reviews for this product is really divided. There is a lot of people who say that this device has an extremely low electrical current stimuli that they can’t even feel the stimulus. There are also other people who say that it doesn’t even work after they have replaced the batteries twice. I am not sure what to believe. If someone asked me whether I would recommend it, I would say that they should try it out but don’t expect too much. The device is only around $10, which is extremely cheap compared to the pain relief of using say a chiropractor or physical therapist but they might get what they paid for in terms of low quality.

So what do other people say about this pulse massager by ECOMGEAR?
